I do this sometimes even if don't need the item. Honestly, I'm just curious about the vitamins and health benefits various foods contain. I thought some of my readers might be interested, too. Steps

Blend dressing ingredients together. Set aside.

Sauté bacon in a skillet until crispy. Pat down with a paper towel.

Combine salad ingredient together.

Gently drizzle dairy-free ranch dressing with salad.

4 slices bacon (chopped)
1 romaine heart lettuce (chopped)
1 medium tomato (sliced quarterly)
½ cucumber (sliced quarterly)
½ cup green peas (frozen)

½ cup cheddar cheese (grated)
¼ red onion (chopped)

For the Dressing:

½ cup mayonnaise
1 Tbsp fresh cilantro (or parsley, chopped)
1 Tbsp fresh dill (chopped)
1 tsp fresh chives (chopped)
1 clove garlic (minced)
1 tsp lemon juice
3 Tbsp almond milk

Instructions
